According to the press service, operatives of the Drug Control Service received information about possible illegal activities. During the operation, an 18-year-old citizen, D.G., voluntarily handed over a syringe containing a liquid with a characteristic smell of hashish oil, weighing 12.98 grams.
The examination confirmed that the seized substance is cannabis oil, with a net weight without packaging of 5.86 grams.
Based on the collected evidence, a criminal case was initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal production of drugs for the purpose of further distribution.
During the investigation, D.G. indicated that he had purchased the drug from an acquaintance, who turned out to be 29-year-old A.L. According to information, the suspects equipped their apartment as a laboratory for the illegal production of drugs and organized a den for their distribution.
During a search at the suspects' residence, substances with the smell of cannabis were discovered and seized, including:
- 3 kilograms 739 grams of cannabis oil;
- 2.33 grams of tobacco mixed with a narcotic substance;
- 293 grams of tobacco products showing signs of cannabis content.
Also, during the investigation, a Telegram channel was identified and shut down, through which the suspects conducted illegal drug sales.
At the moment, the suspects are in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek Main Internal Affairs Directorate.
Law enforcement agencies urge citizens to be vigilant and report any cases of illegal drug trafficking to the police.
