Guy with a syringe of hash oil led the police to a drug lab in Bishkek
Operatives involved in the fight against illegal drug trafficking received information about a local drug dealer. During the arrest of 18-year-old D.G. (born in 2005), a syringe containing hashish oil weighing 12.98 grams was found on him.
According to the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, this incident was registered under Article 282, concerning "the illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale."
During the interrogation, the detainee stated that he had purchased the drugs from an acquaintance named Alexey. Soon, operatives also arrested A.L., born in 1994.
Further investigation revealed that the suspects had equipped an apartment for drug production. As a result of searches at the specified address, the following items were seized:
- 3 kg 739 grams of cannabis oil;
- 2.33 grams of tobacco containing a narcotic substance;
- 293 grams of tobacco products mixed with cannabis.
A Telegram channel used for selling drugs was also identified and shut down.
Both detainees were placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
