Expert examination confirmed that the seized substance is cannabis oil, with a total weight of 5.86 grams without packaging. In connection with these circumstances, a criminal case was initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal production of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances with the intent to sell them.
During the investigation, D. G. stated that he bought the drug from a person named Alexey. Soon, operatives identified him — it turned out to be A. L., born in 1994.
The investigation established that the suspects used an apartment as a laboratory for the illegal production of drugs and organized the distribution process.
During a search at the suspects' residence, the following items were discovered and seized:
- cannabis oil weighing 3 kg 739 g;
- tobacco mixed with a narcotic substance - 2.33 g;
- tobacco products with traces of cannabis - 293 g.
The suspects have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Investigative actions are ongoing.
The police urge citizens to be vigilant and report any instances of illegal drug trafficking to law enforcement authorities.
