The opportunity to exchange old indefinite rights will be available until the end of 2026. This statement was made by Kanaybek Tumanbaev, the chief of staff of the president, during his visit to the Osh branch of the State Center for Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing.
The official also added: "There is no need to worry too much. You can come in a month or in three. There is an option to do it online, so you won't have to wait long in line. There will be plenty of time for everyone to exchange," he reassured those present.
