During an inspection conducted by the Bazar-Korgon district prosecutor's office, a case of illegal transfer of a land plot intended for agriculture into private hands was established. This was reported by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office.
It was found that in 2006, a plot of 9.2 hectares located in the village of 1 Maya of the Kenesh rural council was transferred into private ownership in violation of land legislation norms.
Thanks to the intervention of the prosecutor's office, the plot, valued at 7 million 763 thousand soms, was fully returned to municipal ownership.
