Bektur Zulpiev, the permanent representative of the president and the Cabinet of Ministers in parliament, presented the relevant proposal from the head of state to the deputies.

As a result of the voting, the Jogorku Kenesh approved the appointments of Erlis Akunbekov and Damirbek Osmonov as ministers. They were previously confirmed by a presidential decree as acting officials.
