At a recent meeting, the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh unanimously approved Erlis Aakunbekov for the position of Deputy Prime Minister, as well as Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry.

All 81 deputies voted in favor of his candidacy.
