It is worth noting that it became known yesterday that Bakyt Torobaev resigned. President Sadyr Japarov, by his decree, appointed Erlis Akunbekov as the acting Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers – Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry in his place.
