The deputies agreed to appoint Osmonov and Akunbekov as ministers and voiced their requests.
Alisher Kozaev urged Akunbekov to prioritize solving the problem of providing farmers with irrigation water, and asked Osmonov to ensure that the blood center in the Osh region has its own building, as it is currently operating in rented premises.
Elvira Surabaldiyeva drew attention to the hospital building located on Profsoyuznaya Street in Kyzyl-Asker and suggested building a modern medical facility on this site that could serve 30-40 thousand residents of the Pervomaisky district. In her opinion, this would reduce the number of trips to the center of Bishkek and decrease traffic congestion.
Kamilya Talieva reminded that Akunbekov was nominated not only for the position of minister but also as the deputy chairman of the cabinet of ministers, responsible for areas such as energy, transport, emergency situations, and natural resources.
She also noted that for new ministers, working in government structures could be a challenging task. "This is a great responsibility," the deputy said.
In response, the candidate stated that he is ready to work tirelessly.
Talieva added that she had heard about Osmonov's professionalism as a cardiologist but expressed concerns about potential corruption risks in the healthcare sector. "In the medical field, there are traditional approaches; modern methods need to be implemented," she emphasized.
