Today, February 23, a ceremony was held in Manas for the handover of keys to mortgage apartments to 167 military personnel. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.
The event was attended by the Commander of the Southwestern Operational Command, Samat Seydaliev, who handed over the keys to the new residents.
It should be noted that these apartments were built as part of the State Mortgage Company program.
Additionally, it is worth reminding that on October 1, 2025, more than 40 military personnel in Karakol also received housing in a new mortgage multi-story building.
