The owners of the construction, the company OsOO "Central Aizhan Trade Company," have not yet commented on the situation regarding the violation of regulations. ЦУМ also denied any involvement in this construction.
It is worth noting that the work on the territory of the ЦУМ "Aichurek" fountain complex was deemed non-compliant with the approved projects.
The statement indicated that the implemented object does not conform to the agreed sketch project and was not discussed at the meetings of the urban planning council. The work was carried out with deviations from the approved parameters, which constitutes a violation of urban planning norms.
