Support for Beyshbaev has come from both the medical community and the residents of Kyrgyzstan
The nephrologist Nasir Beyshbaev, who was detained earlier, is now under house arrest. This information was confirmed by lawyer Yevgeniya Krapivina.
This decision was made by the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek.
Recall that on February 18, Beyshbaev was detained after the mother of a minor patient at the National Center for Urology and Nephrology (NCUMD) filed a complaint, claiming that due to the nephrologist's actions, her daughter's leg was amputated. A criminal case was initiated on charges of "Negligence."
After the arrest, Beyshbaev was actively defended by colleagues from NCUMD, other medical workers, and residents of the country. They pointed to the doctor's many years of experience, the delayed appeal of the mother to the medical institution, and the fact that the amputation was performed abroad, in Turkey.
