According to her colleagues, she was summoned for questioning at the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek, after which she was placed in a temporary detention facility.

Preliminary information indicates that the case concerns the amputation of a leg of one of her patients who suffered from thrombosis. The girl, who was admitted to the nephrology department at the end of the year before last with glomerulonephritis, faced arterial thrombosis, which led the surgeon to decide on the amputation of her right leg up to the thigh. However, her parents took the girl to Turkey, where the limb was ultimately removed.

The detention of the well-known doctor has raised serious concerns among medical professionals and has sparked widespread public resonance. "This event has negatively impacted the moral and psychological atmosphere within the team and raises anxiety among patients and specialists, considering this doctor's significant contribution to the development of healthcare and specialized assistance," the video appeal states.
