The Capital Construction Department of the city hall has fenced off the area and initiated the demolition work.
Recall that on November 5, 2025, the building was subjected to a fire, resulting in significant damage. After that, the mayor of the capital visited the scene and instructed the relevant services to determine the next steps and expedite the implementation of the project. At the time of the fire, the structure was in a dilapidated state: windows and doors were broken, the area was not maintained, and the building itself remained empty and unused.
