All major decisions were made within these walls, but it is also necessary to develop political culture.
To avoid misunderstandings and disputes, I made the decision to leave the position of speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh solely of my own accord. This was my personal decision, and no one pressured me — I am a person of strong character and would not allow that.In his opinion, to achieve stability in the country, it is necessary to continue the implementation of political reforms initiated by the president.
