According to information from the service, the enforcement case concerned the collection of alimony from citizen D.E. in favor of B.E. for the maintenance of three minor children — A., A., and A. — until they reach adulthood.
The debt arose due to the untimely payment of alimony. As a result of the measures taken, the enforcement officers were able to fully recover the debt and transfer the funds to the claimant.
It is also worth noting that as of the end of 2025, there are 1,205 individuals wanted in Kyrgyzstan for evading alimony payments.
