According to information provided by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) of Kyrgyzstan, the territory of the Osh Passenger Transport Enterprise (PATP-1) has been returned to state ownership. In the early 2000s, according to the agency, the former head of the enterprise illegally privatized the land plot, after which he divided it into several parts, registering them under the names of individuals connected to him.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the former director, realizing the illegality of his actions, voluntarily transferred a plot of land measuring 1.39 hectares, which contains administrative and operational buildings, back to the state.
