During the work to identify and return objects that were illegally privatized in the country, it was established that in the early 2000s, a significant land plot of PATP-1 was illegally privatized. The former director of the enterprise registered the land in his name and then divided the plot into several parts, transferring them to his acquaintances.

The investigation confirmed that the privatization process was conducted with violations. Aware of the illegality of his actions, the former head of PATP-1 agreed to return the land plot of 1.39 hectares, which includes administrative and utility buildings, to the state.
