The territory of the Osh Passenger Transport Enterprise has been returned to state ownership.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the former director of PATP-1, aware of the illegality of his actions, decided to voluntarily return the land plot of 1.39 hectares, on which administrative and utility buildings are located, to state ownership.
Thus, this case highlights the importance of monitoring privatization processes and the return of property that has been unlawfully removed from state ownership.
