During the inspection, the commission, headed by the director of the Department of Architectural and Construction Control, Ernazarbek Suerkulov, assessed the condition and quality of the construction of the residential complexes "Manas" and "Rayan." Specialists checked the compliance of the work with the design and estimate documentation, the presence of necessary permits, the number of workers on the construction sites, the company's charter capital, and the appeals of the shareholders.
According to the commission's conclusion, construction work on the facilities is ongoing. Company representatives assured that they plan to complete all work and hand over the facilities by September 2026.
It should be noted that, at the request of the Minister of Construction, these facilities will be under constant supervision of the department.
