According to the department's information, the initiative "Teach for Kyrgyzstan – Zamanbap Mughalim" aims to support school education in the regions and prepare a new generation of teacher-leaders.
As part of the project, participants will be able to undergo a free master's program organized in collaboration with the International University of Central Asia. The training will take place in a hybrid format: a combination of online courses and in-person sessions. Upon completion of the program, graduates will receive state diplomas and international master's degrees.
Participants in the program can expect official employment, scholarships, support from experienced educators, and methodological assistance. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to implement their own educational projects and become part of the international Teach For All network.
Invited to participate:
- individuals with higher education;
- candidates willing to work in regional schools for at least two years;
- motivated specialists interested in working with children and professional growth.
Recall that Edil Baisalov previously stated the need to dismiss 15-20% of ineffective teachers who could be replaced by other specialists who have undergone short-term training. According to him, he discussed this with the Minister of Education.
