The Ministry of Education of Kyrgyzstan has announced the start of recruitment for the program "Teach for Kyrgyzstan — Modern Teacher." This initiative aims to develop school education in the regions and prepare a new generation of educators.

The program is open to everyone, including individuals without teaching experience but who show interest in the field of education. Participants will work in schools in small towns and rural areas for two years while simultaneously learning modern teaching methods and developing leadership skills.

The training in the program includes a free master's degree organized by the International University of Central Asia. The format of the classes is hybrid: a combination of online lessons and in-person sessions. Upon completing the program, graduates will receive a state diploma and an international master's diploma.

Participants will be provided with official employment contracts, scholarships, as well as the opportunity to receive mentorship from experienced educators and ongoing methodological support.
