The Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced the start of recruitment for the program "Teach for Kyrgyzstan – Modern Teacher." The relevant information was provided by the ministry's press service.
The goal of the program is to improve the quality of school education in the regions and to prepare a new generation of teacher-leaders.
Candidates from various fields are invited, including those who do not have teaching experience but are eager to work in the education sector. Participants will work in schools in small towns and villages for two years while simultaneously acquiring modern pedagogical and leadership skills.
The program includes free master's degree training, conducted in collaboration with the International University of Central Asia. The training takes place in a hybrid format, combining online classes with in-person sessions. Graduates who successfully complete the program will receive a state diploma and an international master's diploma.
Program participants can expect official employment, a scholarship, mentorship from experienced educators, and ongoing methodological support. There will also be opportunities to implement their own educational projects and participate in the international Teach For All network.
Invited to participate:
– individuals with higher education;
– candidates willing to dedicate two years to working in regional educational institutions;
– specialists interested in working with children and their professional growth.
