
The General Prosecutor's Office held a board meeting where the results of the Bailiff Service's work in 2025 were summarized.
According to information from the Prosecutor General's Office, significant improvements in debt collection and enforcement of court decisions were noted at the meeting.
Comparing the results, it can be noted that in 2024, before the transfer of the Service to the structure of the General Prosecutor's Office, the amount of collections was 633 million 271 thousand 231 soms, while in 2025 this figure rose to a record level of 1 billion 62 million 228 thousand 280 soms.
The transfer of the Service took place on July 1, 2025, which allows for a more accurate assessment of the changes. If we consider the data for the second half of 2024, the amount of collections was 286 million 680 thousand 868 soms. In contrast, the corresponding period in 2025 showed an increase to 743 million 115 thousand 740 soms. This means that the volume of collections increased by more than 2.5 times, clearly demonstrating a significant improvement in the Service's performance.
