During the inspection, serious violations were found at several construction sites located at: 2 Ankara Street; 3/6 Ankara Street; and 3a Ankara Street, where a residential complex consisting of more than ten blocks is being built.
During the inspection, it was revealed that compliance with construction legislation and safety regulations was violated at the sites. Additionally, it was discovered that the company used private laboratories to monitor the stages of construction. It was also established that there was illegal provision of individual blocks of the complex to shared owners.
As a result of the inspection, "Aalam Stroy" was subjected to penalties amounting to 3 million soms. On January 20, this issue was brought to the commission meeting, where the decision to temporarily suspend the license for 90 days was made.
