He shared: "I received this license 40 years ago and have significant driving experience. When it became known that I needed to replace my license, I started gathering documents. I had to spend three days in line for the 083 certificate. However, when I went to the eastern department of the State Center for Vehicle Registration, the employee informed me that they cannot replace my license without a permanent registration."
According to him, he has been renting a place for 15 years and has no relatives with whom he could register.
The man expressed his concern: "I don't even have a temporary registration. I deregistered from a friend's place right after getting my passport. Now I don't know how to renew my license, which will soon become invalid," he added.
I work as a driver, and if I don't resolve this issue, I won't have anything to pay my rent.He fears losing his driver's license due to the circumstances.
In his opinion, "this is a vicious circle created by the government for people like me. Many have their own homes and relatives, but not everyone does. What should those who find themselves in such a situation do? My children live abroad, and I have no one here," he concluded.
