Ramiz Aliyev, the vice-mayor of the capital, promised to improve the waterfront of the canal

In the Alamedin-1 district of the capital, tree cutting and demolition of existing structures are planned for the improvement of the embankment along the BCHK. This became known from local residents.

Recently, the mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, held an on-site meeting at several locations in the city, including the area where improvements to the embankment along the technical channel of the CHPP and BCHK are planned. A walking area is planned to be created along Auezov Street. Some buildings, including the "Jasmin" café, are also subject to demolition.

During the on-site event, vice-mayor Ramiz Aliyev jokingly referred to this area as the future "Manhattan".

In addition to the improvement of the embankment, the project includes the construction of new bridges and the arrangement of parking spaces.
