Recently, the mayor of the capital, Aibek Junushaliev, held an on-site meeting to familiarize himself with the condition of several key infrastructure facilities in Bishkek. This information was disseminated by the press service of the mayor's office.
During his visit, the mayor assessed the improvement works on Auezov Street, instructing to check the availability of the relevant documentation for all facilities in this area and, if necessary, to take appropriate actions in accordance with the law.
Additionally, Junushaliev visited the area along the technical channel of the CHPP, where work is being carried out to dismantle illegally installed structures.
A directive was issued to terminate the contract with the "Jasmin" café, offering the owner an alternative plot of land.
In the future, comprehensive improvement of this area along the channel is planned.
A multi-level parking facility is planned to be constructed on Sagymbai Manaschi Street. A new bridge, 28 meters wide, will also be built on the section from Shabdan Baatyr Street to Sagymbai Manaschi Street.
Concluding the inspection, the mayor reviewed the project for organizing a promenade zone on Shabdan Baatyr Street. It is planned to create a pedestrian area, install benches, and organize bike paths. Junushaliev noted that such an approach to improvement should be applied in other similar projects throughout the city.
