According to the proposed document, the sale of alcoholic beverages will be restricted from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with the following exceptions:
- the sale of alcohol by organizations, farms, and individual entrepreneurs that provide catering services;
- the sale of beer, cider, perry, and mead by individual entrepreneurs within the framework of catering services;
- the sale of alcoholic products in duty-free shops for individuals leaving the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
In addition, the draft law includes a ban on the sale of alcoholic and low-alcohol tonic beverages in central squares, parks, gardens, squares, and recreational areas, as well as within 100 meters from their boundaries.
