During the inspection, the city leader noted that this route will become an important international transport corridor, capable of alleviating the existing flow of cars and providing convenient access to the airport.
According to Junushaliev, extending the road to Profsoyuznaya Street will significantly improve transportation links between districts and reduce the load on the already existing road. He also pointed out that the project had been postponed multiple times in the past, and local residents had expressed concerns about its implementation.
The mayor reported on the current status of the works:
- project documentation has been completed;
- estimates have been prepared;
- the Ministry of Transport has taken the project under control and included it in the construction plan.
Junushaliev assured that the road construction will definitely be completed and it will become a key element of the city's transport infrastructure.

Earlier, the Ministry of Transport presented a scheme for the alternative route to Manas Airport, which will pass through the settlements of Ozyornoye, Mramornoye, Vinogradnoye, and Polevoye.
