The Bishkek City Police Department spoke about the work of the "102" service and digital monitoring
On the air of Birinchi Radio, the head of the situational center of the public safety service of the Bishkek City Police Department, Turatbek Jakshylykov, shared information on how the digitalization of internal affairs helps reduce crime rates and improve response times to citizens' requests.
According to him, the "102" service operates continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring prompt reception and handling of all incoming calls.
Jakshylykov also debunked myths circulating on social media about difficulties in reaching the "102" service. "I want to emphasize that thanks to the implementation of modern technologies, we can confidently state that every citizen receives the necessary assistance," he noted.
He added that in the event of a crime in a specific area, the nearest police post is immediately dispatched to the scene, and information is transmitted via radio communication to coordinate the actions of the officers.
The head of the information technology department of the Bishkek City Police Department, Ilyas Jumagulov, also spoke about the importance of modern digital solutions that allow for the recording and storage of data on servers with the ability to view it in real time.
"These systems significantly simplify the process of collecting evidence and help protect the rights of both citizens and police officers. If situations arise that require verification of citizens' actions, digital tools allow for objective documentation," he added.
The Bishkek City Police Department emphasized that the implementation of digital solutions not only increases the transparency of law enforcement agencies but also contributes to improving public safety.
