Kyrgyzstan Did Not Allow 15.6 Tons of Kumys from Russia — The Cargo Was Turned Back
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the inspection was carried out by border veterinary control inspectors. During the inspection, it was found that the labels lacked information about the production date, which violates the veterinary and sanitary regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result, appropriate reports were drawn up, and the import of this shipment was prohibited. Thus, the cargo was returned to Russia through the "Ak-Tilek" checkpoint.
The veterinary service, which is involved in the development of livestock, pastures, and feed under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, continues to actively work on ensuring food safety.
