More than 11 tons of sausage products illegally transported from Russia to Kyrgyzstan have been returned.
According to the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan, this event was the result of an inspection conducted by the inspectors of the border veterinary control point.
During the inspection, it was established that veterinary and sanitary standards set by the Eurasian Economic Union were not being followed.
Based on the identified violations, relevant reports were drawn up, resulting in a ban on the import of this batch of sausage products into the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
Thus, the cargo was returned through the "Ak-Tilek" checkpoint back to Russia.
