Currently, visibility at the airport ranges from 400 to 800 meters; however, takeoffs and landings continue as usual.
Turkish airlines Pegasus and Turkish Airlines have reported the cancellation of their flights. Additionally, the local airline Tez Jet has also canceled two flights to Manas without providing detailed explanations.

It is worth noting that a modern Category III (CAT III) light signaling system has been installed at the airport, which is designed to improve airport operations in conditions of heavy fog and poor visibility. "The implementation of the CAT III system will significantly reduce the risks of delays and cancellations of flights, as well as enhance the stability of air traffic," company representatives stated.
The OJSC also reminded that the decision to land the aircraft is made solely by the pilot.
