According to the press service of the Bishkek city hall, a special commission created by the Department of Education found serious violations of the legislation of Kyrgyzstan, including the Code "On Children," the Law "On Education," the standard regulation "On General Educational Organizations," and the norms of professional pedagogical ethics.

The violations concerned the rights and legitimate interests of the minor student, which is absolutely unacceptable.

According to information provided by readers of Kaktus.media, the incident occurred when the teacher, a Kyrgyz language instructor, grabbed the student by the cheek and then hit him several times. "She is always strict and often scolds the children, sometimes even resorting to physical punishment. This time, she clearly went too far," witnesses of the incident reported.
