The Ministry of Education has started an investigation into the incident involving a teacher at Bishkek School No. 87


The Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic expressed serious concern regarding the behavior of a teacher during a Kyrgyz language lesson at school No. 87, located in Bishkek.

The agency reported that work is underway in collaboration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.

A special commission established by the Education Department of the Bishkek City Hall is already investigating the situation at school No. 87. This matter is under the personal control of the Minister of Education.

The Ministry of Education regularly conducts activities to prevent violence against children in every school across the country. Further strengthening of efforts in this direction is planned.

"Psychologists will be sent to educational institutions to organize training sessions that will help prevent similar situations and create a safe educational environment," the ministry added.
