Teacher Beats Student: Ministry of Education and Interior Ministry Begin Investigating the Circumstances of the Incident

In Bishkek, at school No. 87, an incident involving a teacher during a Kyrgyz language lesson has raised concerns in the Ministry of Education.

Currently, the Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, has begun investigating all the circumstances of the incident. In turn, the Department of Education of the Bishkek City Hall has created a special commission to study the situation at the educational institution.

The Ministry of Education emphasized that this case is under the personal control of the minister.
“As part of the prevention of violence against children, the Ministry of Education conducts regular activities in every school in the republic. We will strengthen this work further. Psychologists will be sent to educational institutions to conduct training aimed at preventing such incidents and creating a safe educational environment,” the official statement reads.
