On the air of Birinchi Radio, academician and orthopedic surgeon Sabyrbek Jumabekov shared his opinion on how the country's economic growth affects the development of the healthcare system. He emphasized that the sustainable development of medicine is directly related to the state of the economy.
According to Jumabekov, positive changes are already being observed in the medical sector this year.
The academician also noted that last year about 30 new medical institutions were put into operation. Currently, the construction of more than 32 facilities is ongoing, including hospitals, clinics, scientific and family centers.
“This clearly indicates that the internal policy of the state is developing in the right direction,” he added.
