Among the new facilities are schools, kindergartens, medical institutions, sports complexes, cultural centers, airports, as well as boarding houses on the shores of Issyk-Kul.
According to Shamshiev, the growth in the construction sector is accompanied by the strengthening of the economy and an increase in tax revenues. In 2025, the consolidated budget of the country amounts to about 1.2 trillion soms, while in 2021 this figure was only 209 billion soms.
“Tax revenues have significantly increased: if in 2021, 151 billion soms were collected, by the end of November 2025, this amount had risen to 358 billion soms, which is more than 2.5 times,” noted the economist.
He also emphasized that new tax reforms simplify the reporting process for entrepreneurs and noted that the light industry and jewelry sector are exempt from most taxes until 2030.
