The deputy asks the new leadership of the Ministry of Health to purchase ambulances.
In the capital, according to him, there are only 35-40 ambulances
At a recent meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Zhanibek Abirov addressed the new leadership of the Ministry of Health.
He noted that after the administrative-territorial reform, the territory of Bishkek has expanded, and the population has reached 1 million 300 thousand people. However, the city has only 35-40 ambulances.
“After calling for an ambulance, the wait time is about 2 hours. The ambulance service informed me that digitization has been completed and there are enough specialists. The problem is only the insufficient number of vehicles,” said Abirov.
The deputy asked the Ministry of Health to consider the possibility of acquiring new ambulances for the capital.
