This decision was made in accordance with a resolution from the Cabinet of Ministers aimed at improving compliance with veterinary and phytosanitary standards. The main goal of these measures is to ensure the safety of meat products and provide the population with quality food products.
The new "Chuygun" pavilion, located in the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek, covers an area of 800 square meters and fully complies with all sanitary and hygienic standards. It includes:
- an office and veterinary laboratory;
- a quarantine storage for meat;
- a refrigeration chamber with an area of 90 square meters;
- other service premises.
These changes will significantly simplify operations for entrepreneurs and wholesale suppliers who deliver meat products from the capital and other regions. Now, meat will be sold in safe, clean, and organized conditions.
