The first sales of commercial spaces in the new construction complex "Osh Market" will begin at the end of January 2026. This was reported by the press service of the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, informing the editorial staff of 24.kg.
Active work continues at the construction site, and most of the monolithic structures are nearly completed. It is expected that one of the largest trading facilities in the region will be able to start its operations as early as the beginning of summer 2026.
The total area of the new market will be 155 thousand square meters, of which 20 thousand will be allocated for warehouse premises, and 50 thousand for trading areas. The project also includes a green market with a canopy and an underground parking lot that can accommodate 500 cars.
Entrepreneurs are advised to prepare in advance for the move.
We remind you that the implementation of this project is carried out under the instruction of the president, with the aim of creating a modern trading infrastructure. The new covered market is intended to replace street trading, providing entrepreneurs with comfortable and safe working conditions that meet sanitary standards.
