In the administration of the President of Kyrgyzstan, Solovyov's statements were called unserious.

The press secretary of the President of Kyrgyzstan, Askat Alagozov, reported that recently he has been approached by representatives of various media outlets with questions about whether the authorities intend to make an official statement regarding the remarks of Russian journalist Vladimir Solovyov.
He noted that such statements should be regarded as something insignificant and unserious, uttered during Solovyov's lengthy broadcasts covering a variety of topics.

Regarding a possible reaction to Solovyov's words, Alagozov explained that since he is a journalist and television host, the response to his statements should come from the journalistic community or other interested parties.

However, if similar statements were made by a deputy or a minister, the reaction would come from representatives of the authorities.
He also mentioned a proposal from one of the deputies to declare Solovyov a persona non grata, noting that such a procedure exists, and it will be interesting to see how this issue is addressed.
Alagozov emphasized that bilateral and multilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and Russia, as well as with other Central Asian states, are at a high level, which is confirmed by mutual visits and cooperation within the framework of the CIS, EAEU, and SCO.
Therefore, he believes that any such assumptions are unfounded.
Nevertheless, considering that Solovyov works for state television, his provocative statements, which can create tension between peoples, sometimes require serious measures to be taken. "We hope that his management will take appropriate actions," Alagozov added in his social media post.
