According to the Center, some companies were recruiting citizens of Kyrgyzstan for work in Turkey while providing misleading information.
In particular, when applying for permits to the authorized bodies, the submitted documents did not contain accurate information about cooperation with Turkish employers and foreign intermediaries.
“These actions violate the requirements of subparagraph 1 of paragraph 29 of the current regulation, according to which the presence of false information is grounds for the temporary suspension of permits,” commented the Employment Center.
As a result of the identified violations, the permits for the following organizations have been temporarily suspended:
- LLC "Golden Work & Travel";
- LLC "Iris Travel";
- LLC "Ramai-Sayakat";
- LLC "Aska-Travel".
The suspension will remain in effect until all identified violations are rectified.
Based on the monitoring results, reports of violations have been compiled for the specified companies.
Notifications will be sent to the companies based on these reports, indicating specific violations and requirements for their rectification within the deadlines established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Employment Center for Citizens Abroad reminds that providing false information when obtaining permits and non-compliance with legislation in the field of external labor migration may lead to liability, including the suspension or cancellation of permits.
The Center continues its work to monitor the activities of companies to protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of Kyrgyzstan going abroad for work.
