Orozo-2026: When the Muslim Fast Will Begin in Kyrgyzstan
The Night of Qadr, also known as Laylat al-Qadr, is anticipated to occur from March 16 to 17 and is traditionally celebrated on the 27th night of Ramadan.
The conclusion of the fast, known as Orozo ait, is tentatively scheduled for March 20, when Muslims gather for the festive Ait prayer.
It is worth noting that the dates for the beginning and end of Ramadan are determined according to the lunar calendar and are confirmed after the observation of the new moon. All mentioned dates are preliminary and await official confirmation from the Muftiyat.
