An automated system is operating in the Bishkek ambulance service, - Chief Doctor of the Emergency Medical Center
According to him, the new system ensures patient support from the moment the request is received. Each call is registered in the database and tracked until it is completed. Patients can also use a personal account to view their request history.
Moreover, when the medical team approaches the location of the call within approximately 500 meters, the system automatically records this event and sends a notification to the patient.
Shayahmetov noted: "All requests are documented and stored in the system. If a call remains unfulfilled, it cannot be closed in the daily report. Thus, automation contributes to monitoring the work of teams and enhances the transparency of the service."
