The delegation of Kyrgyzstan familiarized itself with the experience of training personnel and the application of digital technologies in Russian clinics.
During his visit, he studied approaches to training medical specialists, the organization of highly specialized care, and the implementation of modern diagnostic and treatment technologies that could be beneficial for improving the Kyrgyz healthcare system.
According to the Ministry of Health, the Kyrgyz delegation visited five institutions covering various fields of medicine, including medical education, cardiovascular surgery, oncology, obstetrics and gynecology, as well as digital and robotic technologies.
The first stop on the agenda was the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, where delegation representatives learned about educational programs, the training of future doctors, and the university's infrastructure. Special attention was given to practice-oriented training and the integration of education with clinical and scientific activities.
In the clinical departments, the delegation visited the neurology center, where telemedicine technologies and remote consultations were demonstrated. They also witnessed the operation of the Da Vinci robotic surgery system in real-time.
The delegation also visited several leading medical centers in Russia, including the A.N. Bakulev Center for Cardiovascular Surgery, where methods for diagnosing and treating complex cardiovascular diseases were presented. At the V.I. Kulakov Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Perinatology, which focuses on maternal health and reproductive health, Minister Dosmambetov learned about the training system for medical personnel, which also includes Kyrgyz specialists.
At the N.N. Blokhin Cancer Research Center, one of the largest in the country, the delegation was able to see advanced technologies for diagnosing and treating cancer.
The minister noted that the experience gained will be useful for the development of Kyrgyzstan's national healthcare system, including personnel training, the introduction of high-tech methods of care, and the improvement of specialized services.
Additionally, the delegation visited a modern private multidisciplinary clinic in Moscow, where they studied the organization of medical services and management processes. Special attention was given to oncology services, pathology, pediatric rehabilitation, and the implementation of digital solutions. The minister emphasized the importance of private sector experience for enhancing the efficiency and digitalization of medical services.
