Kanibek Dosmambetov familiarized himself with the work of leading medical centers in Russia
The visit of Kanibek Dosmambetov, the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, to Russia took place today, during which he visited several leading medical and educational institutions in Moscow.
According to an official statement, the main purpose of the trip was to study best practices in training medical personnel, organizing high-quality care, and implementing modern diagnostic and treatment methods that could be beneficial for the healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan.
The delegation from Kyrgyzstan examined the work of five significant institutions, including the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov, as well as federal centers for cardiovascular surgery named after A.N. Bakulev, obstetrics and gynecology named after V.I. Kulakov, and oncology named after N.N. Blokhin. Special attention was paid to telemedicine, robotic surgery using the Da Vinci system, and practice-oriented training.
At the V.I. Kulakov Center, it was noted that the qualifications of Kyrgyz specialists are actively being enhanced, which plays an important role in strengthening the maternal and child health system in Kyrgyzstan.
In addition, the delegation visited a modern private clinic in Moscow, where they studied the organization of oncological care, the work of laboratory services, pediatric rehabilitation, and the implementation of digital technologies. Following the visit, the minister emphasized that the experience gained has significant practical value for the further development of healthcare in Kyrgyzstan.
