According to the Speaker, modern tablets with high technical specifications were purchased for the implementation of this project.
The e-kenesh application provides access to all agenda items three days before meetings. It has been created with the needs of the deputies in mind: the system allows questions to be asked about bills and prepares reports. Deputies' assistants will be able to upload necessary documents online.
In addition, the system integrates artificial intelligence (AI), which is capable of creating brief summaries of large bills and assisting deputies in formulating questions on discussed topics.

The transition to electronic document management is expected to speed up the parliamentary work process and reduce costs for printing paper materials.
In 2024, the presidential administration and government agencies began to actively implement electronic document management, which allowed the state to save more than 1 billion 205 million soms in a year.
