
On this day, April 7, Arslan Koichiev, the State Secretary of the Kyrgyz Republic, honored the memory of the victims of the April events of 2010, as reported by the president's press service.
As part of the event, he laid flowers at the monument to the heroes of the People's April Revolution of 2010, located in the National Historical and Memorial Complex "Ata-Beyit." A memorial prayer was also recited.
Among those present at the ceremony were the presidential representative in the Chui region Elkinbek Ashirbaev, the mayor of the capital Bishkek Aibek Junushaliev, and other officials.
